We can also talk about how to achieve the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will walk through the home as a buyer would and gather those all-important “first impressions.” We will discuss with you your home’s best features, as well as trouble spots. As part of this service, the client will receive our "Home Seller Open House Checklist." We complete the consultation with a proposal for further staging services if desired.
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise. An Ultimate Staging and Décor consultant will bring in accessories and/or furniture (for a small rental fee), or use what you have, in order to complete the look of each room. It's amazing what a few small changes can do for the overall look of the home! In order to get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed!
If your home is vacant or sparsely furnished, this service is for you. To begin, the Ultimate Staging and Décor consultant will meet with the home sellers and/or real estate agent to review the home and go over the process. We will work with you to determine your budget and get the best possible price for all the rental furniture and home accessories needed. We will provide supervision of furniture delivery and placement, staging and de-staging.
Redesign services are available for those who are not preparing a property for sale, but are looking to simply freshen their home! We will meet with you to discuss your goals and desires to enhance your living environment!
